Join me in your running journey. I would love to help you achieve your goals!
I ran cross country and track for The College of William & Mary and continued running professionally upon graduation. I qualified for four U.S. Olympic Trials from 2004-2020. I ran both the 5,000m and 10,000m in 2004, the 10,000m in 2008, and the marathon in 2012 and 2020. I was a five-time competitor at the World Cross Country Championships and also made the World Track Championships marathons in 2011.
From 2005-2010 I served as the womens head cross country coach at William & Mary, where we won 10 CAA team titles, including five in cross country. During my tenure I had the privilege of working with some of the top runners in school history including a 2008 Olympic Trials 1500m semifinalist, and 2008 world junior 3k steeplechase championships participant. I currently serve as a volunteer coach for the Harvard Men’s and Women’s cross country programs.
I live in Massachusetts with my husband Alex and twins (Cora and Anson) and our golden retriever, Marty. In my free time you can find me running and listening to true crime podcasts or talking to fellow coach Alissa Dohela about true crime!

Triathlon? Track? Road Race? Whatever your goal is I can help guide you!
For 6 years I was professional runner before transitioning into professional triathlon. During my running career, I represented Team USA twice. First, in the 2011 World Cross Country Championships where I was part of the bronze medal team and then at the Athletics World Championships (for the Marathon) in Daegu in 2011. I also placed 8th in the 2012 Olympic Marathon Trials with a time of 2:31:56 (positioning me as the first alternate for the Olympic team in London). As a professional triathlete, I achieved 7 podium finishes and was ranked 23rd in the world.
Having competed in events ranging from 15 minutes all the way up to ironman distance in the triathlon, I have the versatile experience and knowledge to help you achieve your goals!
I live in Fort Wayne, IN and with my husband Kyle, son Floyd, and two dogs Zip and Frankie. I love to garden and listen to true crime podcasts in my free time.
